The fall of man and the beginning of sin shaped the whole world from then on.
In the first half of Matthew 6, Jesus described the believer’s private life (giving, praying, fasting); in the second half, he was concerned with our public life (questions of money, possessions, food, drink, clothing, and ambition). Jesus made it clear that you cannot serve God and anything else. Evaluate the use of your time, talent, and treasure to evaluate what is truly on the throne of your life; see and smash any idols you have placed there.
A look at what the Bible says about loneliness.
Come to the LORD, for His ways and His Word leads to blessing, joy, and peace!
The term “world” is one that has multiple meanings and can therefore be ambiguous. The world can be the physical, the human, and the spiritual. What does God’s word have to say about the kind of love God Hates and what kind He commands?
The greatest gift of the Lord Jesus is love. Love is about action; how a person lives in obedience to the Lord and puts others before himself. Love creates the appropriate atmosphere for service and legitimizes it in the eyes of the church and the world!
Restoring Years is physically, humanly, naturally impossible. You can restore finances, old houses, old cars, old furniture, broken relationships, BUT time is something you can never get back…or is it? God is promising the impossible!
The believer has the power to conquer the experience of sin in their daily lives by “walking in the light” and submitting to an attitude of joyful obedience. When we do sin, we have a Champion in the Lord Jesus Christ, seated at the right hand of the Father, who faithfully intercedes for us.
The Bible teaches that the nature of the flesh is prideful, selfish, and egotistical. His Word shows that Salvation takes place at the conjuncture of humility and belief. The epistle of Jude to the 12 lost tribes of Israel is a beautiful reminder of what it means to be humble in the spirit of Christ.
